Farewell

I must have hip replacement surgery on April 25th. I will miss these sweeties!

Mrs. Farrell is an experienced teacher and will provide your children with an excellent educational experience. I will be in touch with her on a regular basis during my recovery. As soon as I am able I will be in to visit!  

Mrs. Farrell will be in the classroom Monday, April 25 at 8:30 am to meet you!

Plants and farewell

On Thursday the students planted specially formulated fast growing flowers so they can observe plants through a life cycle.

Springdale Florist

Here are some photos from our trip to Springdale Florist today. We saw some of the flowers and plants for sale there. We also saw vegetable seedlings. The man who showed us around the nursery was Mr. Karpowich! We each planted two pumpkin seeds and bought a carnation. We had a great trip!

Dr. Seuss

The class had a great time today going from room to room to hear six different Dr. Seuss books! Ask your child to tell you about the book and activity they enjoyed the most.

Famous Leaders Showcase

I am so proud of everyone! Today's showcase was wonderful. The students did a great job with their speeches and showing their home projects. Thank you parents for your help with the home projects and for coming to watch!

Paw Party

We did it!  We have ROARed our way to our first paw party! The celebration is on Friday, December 11. The class also voted to make it a pajama day. So wear comfy clothes!
